Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within Grade A office buildings, luxury serviced apartments, 4 or 5-star hotels, or the Corporate Real Estate / Workplace department of multinational corporations.
Language Proficiency: Good command of English (capable of drafting professional emails, reviewing operational documents, and communicating directly with foreign tenants/visitors).
IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for compiling reports, budget tracking, and presentations.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial cleaning standards, service contract management, and premium customer service frameworks.
Communication & Conflict Resolution: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to maintain composure and tact when handling difficult client complaints.
Time Management & Multi-tasking: Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage diverse vendor teams simultaneously.
Service Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and consistently driven to put customer experience at the center of daily operations.
