Customer Service Supervisor

Under general supervision is responsible for the following major tasks:

Records, adjusts, and updates shipping schedules, cum-cards, samples, new orders, shipping volume, and order changes.

Advise appropriate personnel of order changes.

Maintain contact with customers to assure timely processing of orders, shipments, and changes.

Reports customer problems and concerns to appropriate personnel.

Knowledge and skills related to production planning.

Familiar with order management and shipping knowledge.

Skilled in planning, coordination and organizing.

Good interpersonal skills.

Skilled use of office software. Can calculate by excel, edit by word and present by PPT.

College qualification or equivalent

2 years experience in Materials or a customer service supervisor position.
