Handle Booking inquiries from customers.
Coordinate with the Offshore team to follow up inquiries regarding Booking notes - Monitor Container loading list to ensure the readiness at the timelines.
Inform to customer about vessel changes, vessel delay, loading confirmation.
Keep updating vessel schedules...

Yêu cầu
Vietnamese Citizen.
Gender: Male/Female under 30 years old - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade, Maritime Studies, or Business Administration.
Experience in the field of Sales / Customer Service in Logistics or Carriers Company are preferrable.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken), as you will work with global networks, overseas agents, and international clients....
