Must have:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree

1+ years B2B customer service/ sales experience

Good English

Customer-oriented, detail oriented, well organized, work well with system

Able to do multi-task as well as handle workload in a high volume and fast-paced environment

Good strategic thinking and planning skills Nice to have:

Experience with factory automation/ electric devices

Kaizen mindset
