Customer order management and inquiry process Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Order confirmation, handling of delivery schedule, shipping preparation.
Manage and follow up tightly for urgent/ ASAP orders.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Back-up order management report.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency regarding to the customer’s requirement.
Support to instruct new member the process of customer service.

Bachelor degree in Supply chain. Knowledge about manufacturing. High skills in calculations, excel, presentation. Advance in English. Negotiation skill, Teamwork, management skill, problem solving skill.
