Customer Service Representative

Communicate directly with overseas customers and head office.

Receive POs from the customers and closely work with factories for the best delivery schedule to satisfy customer

Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.

Ensure that all customer orders/requests, production changes are updated in the OOR files, D365 system, customer’s websites properly and on-time.

University Degree.

1-2 years of experience in order management.

Experience working for a foreign owned enterprise.

Knowledge of manufacturing environment (familiarity with production workflow, lead time, and communication with planning team, production team…).

English: can read and write email. Other Skills/Abilities

Basic computer science.

Problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
