Process customer orders, stock receipts, shipments, invoicing, and order verification.
Manage retail and project orders from order placement to delivery.
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and website channels.
Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Resolve delivery issues, returns, warranty claims, and stock discrepancies.
Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Good English communication skills.
Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
