From 1+ year of experience
An eye for detail and a detail-oriented approach;
Excellent communication and writing skills in English;
Having leadership experience is a plus;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach;
Prior experience in customer service/ booking tools is preferred;
Capable of working independently;
Able to work rotating shifts, especially, nightshift.
