Customer Service Officer (6-Month contract)

Operations Receive and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Provide general information about the building/project to tenants and visitors.

Receive, record, and follow up on tenant requests and complaints until resolution.

Coordinate with Accounting, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain and organize customer records and departmental documents.

Ensure the reception and front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Verify and process tenant registrations for property movement and fit-out/construction works.

Monitor and follow up on tenants' maintenance and repair requests.

Perform cashier duties when required.

Complete daily front office checklists and operational logs.

Support daily operational activities and events.

Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Reporting Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required by the Property Management team.

Maintain and update tenant information and documentation.

Control visitor access, issue security and contractor passes, and maintain daily visitor records.

Immediately report any abnormal situations, risks, or fire and safety hazards to the Line Manager or Engineering team

High school diploma or above.

Minimum 0.5 - 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Reception, Hospitality, or a related field.

Good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Professional, courteous, well-groomed, responsible, proactive, flexible.

Adaptable with the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high service standards.
