Handle daily ocean/ air export shipments when receiving the new booking from Sales/ US or oversea offices.

Informed nomination parties/Sales for approval

check with Pricing for suitable prices/services

booking with approved carriers/coloaders

re-book/change book/ revise...

At least 2 – 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, customer service in global OR American companies.

Good command of English.

Experience in handling export and import shipments (sea and air freight) in U.S. trade lanes, with priority for candidates with CargoWise system experience and a background in Asian or U.S. multinational...
