Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role (fresher/junior).

Strong verbal/written communication (Can communicate in English).

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Have a personal laptop Working Time:

Full time basis Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30).

Rotational hotline support in the evening weekdays...
