Customer Service Executive (6 Months Contract)

I. Customer Service - Create and update reefer and special container (OOG, BB) bookings.

Check cases of RF temperature differences and obtain customer’s LOI.

Monitor booking status before closing time to avoid last minute shortfalls.

Follow berth notices from the OPS team and partners and send delay or early ETD notices to customers and related parties.

Update bookings in cases...

University/ College Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English - Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required) - Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Office.

Working Experience/ Professional requirement:

At least 01-year experience in container shipping industry or forwarding company.
