Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Operations, Logistics, or related functions, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Experience with SAP is preferred.
