At least 1 year relevant experience.

Working for MNC is preferable.

Good listening skills.

Good communication skills - Problem solving skills.

Be able to work independently and under high pressure - Customer service orientation - Good command of English is preferable - Dynamic, self-confident, hard-working, honest, gentle and willing to learn.
