What you will do The core of this role is becoming "The Mind behind the Camera" (The Content Architect).

You don't need to be on camera; your mission is to master the art of scripting, polish every word, and transform raw footage into highly engaging short-form masterpieces for Vui App.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Develop detailed scripts (including dialogue, storyboards, visual effects) for short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

Your creative boundary is limitless and not confined to dry financial topics: The Relatable & Humorous Angle: Capturing the witty, slice-of-life moments and office dramas that every Gen Z and worker goes through.

The Deep, Humanistic & Family Angle: Crafting touching stories that strike an emotional chord—understanding the weight of livelihood, the warmth of family awaiting after a long shift, or gentle yet profound life lessons on the true value of labor.

Post-Production & Video Editing (Core Focus): Take primary ownership of video editing (CapCut/Premiere), sound design, and subtitling.

Ensure crisp pacing and high viewer retention through the harmony of visuals and emotional script arcs.

Shooting Support & Social Media: Assist with setting up camera angles and lighting during shoots with Talents.

Support the production of basic visual assets (Canva) and supplementary copy for Vui App's communication channels.

Availability: Full-time internship (Preferred: final-year students or fresh graduates based in Ho Chi Minh City).

Content Mindset: Strong writing skills and sharp trend awareness.

Most importantly, a strong storytelling mindset—knowing how to observe life and weave emotions (joy, nostalgia, empathy) into words to give scripts genuine depth.

Hard Skills: Highly proficient in CapCut (familiarity with Adobe Premiere/Final Cut is a strong advantage).

Good command of Canva for basic graphic design.

Big Plus: A solid portfolio featuring past scripts (storyboards, content pillars) or high-quality short-form video edits. (Please attach your Portfolio/Samples to your CV).
