Creative & Media Manager

Mô tả công việc: 1. Quản lý, định hướng và kiểm duyệt toàn bộ visual, video, TVC, POSM, banner, ấn phẩm truyền thông. 2. Phối hợp chặt với Brand Manager để chuyển hóa nội dung chiến dịch thành sản phẩm thiết kế trực quan. 3. Dẫn dắt team Creative & Media (designer, video editor, photographer) hoạt động đúng deadline, chất lượng. 4. Sản xuất các video ngắn, motion graphic, phim giới thiệu sản phẩm, hậu trường... 5. Xây dựng hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu trực quan – template thiết kế chuẩn hóa theo bộ brand guideline. 6. Cập nhật xu hướng sáng tạo thị giác, đề xuất cải tiến để nâng cao trải nghiệm thương hiệu. 7. Báo cáo kết quả công việc tuần/tháng/quý/năm theo quy định Công ty. 8. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo

Yêu cầu:chung:

Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Truyền thông, Marketing, Ngôn ngữ, Báo chí, hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Có từ 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế sáng tạo – sản xuất media, ít nhất 1–2 năm ở vai trò quản lý.

Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom...

Có gu thẩm mỹ tinh tế, ưu tiên từng làm trong ngành thời trang, mỹ phẩm, lifestyle hoặc trang sức.

Có khả năng tổ chức sản xuất chuyên nghiệp (video/photo shoot), làm việc với đối tác, ekip bên ngoài.

Kỹ năng lãnh đạo nhóm, quản lý deadline, kiểm duyệt chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra.

Khả năng học hỏi và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

Phúc lợi:  Lộ trình thăng tiến lên Head of Creative / Creative Director.  Dẫn dắt định vị thương hiệu Sen Vàng trong hành trình từ gia công đến top thương hiệu bán lẻ trang sức D2C.  Thời gian làm việc: 7h45 đến 16h45, từ thứ 2 - thứ 7 (Nghỉ 2 ngày thứ 7 trong tháng)  Ưu đãi sản phẩm cao cấp, hỗ trợ đào tạo công nghệ – sáng tạo – hình ảnh.  Lương tháng 13, lương thâm niên quy định công ty  Thưởng chuyên cần 800.000 đồng/tháng & Hỗ trợ cơm trưa.  Thưởng theo hiệu quả sản xuất và chiến dịch.  Được hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ dành cho người lao động theo như quy định pháp luật hiện hành (nghỉ phép, lễ, tết,…)  Được hưởng các chính sách
