Must-Have 3+ years in ad creative production or creative team management, including 1+ year leading a team of 2+ Fluent in performance creative logic: the first 3 seconds, hook design, creative fatigue and iteration cadence Reads core media metrics (CTR, CPM, CPL, hook rate) and adjusts creative direction accordingly Commands the production toolchain and can coach the team: editing (Premiere/CapCut) and design (Photoshop/Figma/Canva) Strong written English, able to QC English ad copy Project management chops: prioritizes and protects deadlines across multiple clients and parallel tasks Preferred Hands-on overseas ad creative experience with proven winning ads (Meta/TikTok/Google) B2B, industrial, or globalization service background; can translate technical product features into buyer
