Counter - Customer Services Coordinator

Scope of

responsibilities:

Checking cargo release status (document, payment & special

requirements:) to proceed system updated before cargo release (OBL and D/O release)

Issuing & releasing Original Bill of Lading (OBL) to customer

Issuing Delivery Order (both electronic D/O/EDI & email D/O)

Checking information of tax invoicee (payer on tax invoice) to issue tax invoice & upload on...

Bachelor's degree holder major in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Foreign Trade.

At least 1 year experience in shipping lines/logistics related field.

Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.

Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Good communication skills, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
