Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory, corporate finance, or private equity is preferred.
Exposure to IPO preparation, M&A, fundraising, or banking relationship management is an advantage.
