Develop creative concepts (big idea, key message, campaign direction) for integrated marketing campaigns (IMC, Digital, Social, Campaign launches, etc.) Write compelling content across multiple platforms: social posts, TVC/viral video scripts, taglines, headlines, content directions, etc.
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Planners to bring ideas to life Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitching proposals to clients Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and consumer insights Conduct research and proactively propose fresh angles for different industries and brands

2–4 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency environment (experience in large-scale campaigns is a plus) Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop ideas both independently and collaboratively Excellent Vietnamese writing skills (mandatory); good command of English is a plus Solid understanding of digital and social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Strong storytelling ability and a good sense of trends Good presentation and idea-selling skills Proactive, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
