Job Summary: Responsible for planning, producing, and executing content across Sociolla’s social media ecosystem, including Official Brand and Community channels, supporting marketing campaigns, activations, livestreams, and offline visibility while ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking. Responsibilities:

Manage and execute content across Official Brand and Community channels based on business priorities and team workload.

Develop monthly content plans aligned with campaigns, business objectives, and audience engagement goals.

Coordinate content production, including scripting, shooting, photoshoots, voice-over recording, and production logistics.

Work closely with the Production team and support basic editing or content refinement when needed.

Handle content delivery and publishing across social media platforms.

Support livestream preparation and execution for campaigns, activations, and marketplace activities.

Create and coordinate offline content such as TV screen visuals, in-store displays, and event materials.

Monitor social media trends and propose new content ideas and creative formats.

Track content performance across assigned channels and prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign reports.

Be willing to appear as on-camera talent when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in social media, content production, or a related role is preferred.

Basic skills in editing video/image, content creation, video shooting, and photoshoot coordination.

Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and content trends.

Comfortable appearing on camera as talent when required.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to follow content timelines.

Proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
