Content Production Executive (Beauty) Full-time

Plan and coordinate beauty content production, including makeup, skincare, and cosmetic-related shoots.

Prepare shooting logistics such as products, props, outfits, and other required materials.

Coordinate with models, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and editors to ensure smooth production.

Contact and manage the existing model database; source new models when required.

Handle contracts, paperwork, and payment processes for models and freelancers.

Collect, organize, and hand over source files, photos, and videos to editors for content production.

Write marketing content, captions, and basic content ideas for social media and TikTok.

Support the planning and operation of the company’s beauty-focused social media channels.

Perform other content production-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Production, or related fields.

Experience in content writing and coordinating content production projects.

Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.

Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic English communication skills to communicate with management when necessary.

Knowledge of or interest in beauty, skincare, makeup, or cosmetics is a strong advantage.

Experience working with models, photographers, videographers, or editors is a plus.

Location: Nguyen Lam Tower, 133 Duong Ba Trac, Chanh Hung Ward, (Dist 8), HCMC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
