The Opportunity You will own AYO’s organic social growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn content into community, engagement, and customer growth.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in content marketing, social media, or digital brand growth preferred

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram short-form content trends

Excellent creative writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills

Strong understanding of hooks, virality, and audience psychology

Commercial mindset with focus on growth and customer acquisition

Experience coordinating with videographers, editors, and freelance creators

Fluent in English is a must
