If you're ready to dive headfirst into sweet media projects, the Marketing Team at Mingo Ice Cream Vietnam is hunting for fellow 'sweet tooth' teammates to rock our upcoming Social Campaigns! 🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION: Support the Marketing Team in executing campaigns.

Depending on the nature, objectives, and activities of each campaign, you will be assigned specific tasks, focusing primarily on: Content & Idea Generation for Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and deploy social media content for each campaign.

Write captions and copy; direct content strategy for Facebook, TikTok, and community channels.

Media & Content Production: Brainstorm ideas to produce visuals and videos that capture the true spirit of the campaign.

Support the production of merchandise and other consumer-facing deliverables.

Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Excellent trend-catching skills, a sharp eye for social media content, and a solid understanding of how the FMCG market operates.

Strong teamwork, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Logical thinking, clear communication, and a highly proactive work ethic.

Available to work full-time for a minimum of 6 months.
