PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
In charge of all paper processes relates to system (contract, payment, PO, BSE, and administration) for Marketing Deployment team KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - TASKS
Merchandise (POSM) Management: Merchandise Purchases, Warehouse & Inventory Management, Delivery of POSM to sales regions, Merchandising Contract Management, Merchandising Budget Management
Consumer Activation Campaign Execution (PST/PG Campaign): Work with agencies to operationalize end-to-end campaigns for PST/PG include recruitment plan, salary, uniform & tools productions, as well as effectively track execution & effectiveness of campaign.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Track progress, provide updates, and follow up on actions with cross-functional teams, sales regions, agencies, suppliers. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain relationships, monitor operations, track key performance indicators, and ensure smooth collaboration and execution of activities.
Contract & payment and budget management: Ensure OTIF delivery of administration tasks and comply with company policies.
Assist team in general administrative works to ensure daily workload being managed efficiently & other ad-hoc tasks upon request

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
Minimum 2–3 year experience in Brand / Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
Fluent English, Vietnamese
Good general administrative/secretarial skill is preferred
Good stakeholder management skills to drive agenda
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving successful outcomes and achieving team objectives
Well organized & detail oriented
Able to work as a team member and as individual contributor with strong self-driven mindset & great ownership
