Compliance Assistant (Garment Industry) - Vietnam

Job location : Mainly in Hanoi, Thai Binh or other location assigned

Assist to conduct social compliance audits, quality management & environmental audits

Compliance data daily entry

Communicate with factories, vendors on compliance issues

Handle other ad-hoc projects relating to social compliance may be assigned depending on need

Report to Senior Compliance Auditors

Degree Holder

Relevant experience in Compliance field with knowledge in SA8000, WRAP, ISO, etc.

Work Experience in Garment factory is an advantage

Fluent written and verbal in both English & Chinese is a must

Must have good communication skills and PC skills

Knowledge of production process

Able to work independently

Proficient in MS Office
