A.

Sales & Business Development Manage and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients and partners Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and deal performance B.

Commercial Planning & Execution Implement commercial plans aligned with company strategy and business priorities Coordinate with Operations and Project teams to ensure feasible and profitable delivery Support pricing, costing, and margin control for projects and services Track and report commercial performance, forecasts, and risks C.

Account Management & Client Success Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business Manage commercial issues during project execution and resolve client concerns Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CREASIA’s service offerings D.

Team Collaboration & Leadership Guide and support junior sales or account team members Share best practices, market insights, and sales methodologies Contribute to a performance-driven, ownership-focused sales culture Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Finance, and HR teams 3.

Yêu cầu

Experience & Background 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing client accounts Experience in Agency, FMCG, Retail, Trade Marketing, Field Force, or B2B services is a strong advantage Experience handling complex or project-based sales cycles is preferred Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Commercial mindset with solid understanding of pricing, margin, and profitability Data-driven thinking with the ability to analyze sales performance High ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
