Requirements:Strong hands-on experience in data management and analytics report creation. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation Familiarity with AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent data and analytics tools. Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and solve complex data-related issues. Experience supporting data-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking. Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements related to workstream. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, especially in translating data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in Sales Operation is an advantage. Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and compliance best practices. Familiarity with Process controls and documentation (e,g, DTPS, SOPs). Comfortable working in international, multilingual environments. Willing to align with APAC time zones.
