Mô tả công việc:Support color matching activities for textile fabrics using visual assessment and laboratory systems. Prepare, conduct, and manage lab dip developments according to customer

requirements:and production standards. Assist in color formulation, shade correction, and color approval processes. Monitor color consistency and ensure compliance with customer specifications. Coordinate closely with Dyeing, Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams to resolve color-related issues. Maintain accurate records of color recipes, lab dip results, and testing reports. Support continuous improvement activities related to color development and color management processes.

Yêu cầu công việc:College or University degree in Textile Engineering, Dyeing & Finishing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related disciplines. 1–2 years of experience in Color Lab, Dyeing Laboratory, Textile Manufacturing, or a similar position. Basic understanding of textile dyeing processes, color theory, dyestuffs, and fabric properties. Familiarity with color matching techniques and laboratory testing procedures. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn and develop expertise in textile color management.
