324 adership and Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CMM measurement engineers and technicians, ensuring a high level of performance and professional growth. Assign tasks and monitor team progress to ensure that measurement activities are completed on time and to specification. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous learning and best practices in CMM measurement. Provide On Job Training for new team members. CMM Measurement and Analysis : Review and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications to develop measurement plans and coordinate measurement strategies Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs in CMM. Support to monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production Check and make record all Tool, Jig and Fixture that are used for dimensional control in the line and in QC. Check product dimensions in accordance with approved drawing and/or inspection standard. Generate and record measuring results in designated form. Archive of the reports for traceability. Prompt feedback results of nonconforming to concerned Technical, Production and Quality Team. Escalate quality issues to superior when an abnormal situation happens. Involved in problem solving process and implement agreed actions to improve product and process quality.
