Degree: Vocational School Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Administration or equivalent.
One year in front office/guest services operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and non-verbally.
Fluent in English is preferred.
Organize, can multi-task, good problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
