Proactively reach out to potential students to generate leads.
Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold calling, cross-sales and follow-ups, to convert potential leads into enrolled students.
Develop new relationships with universities, strategic agent partners and affiliates to grow business and expand TNE Global’s network.
Admission Process and Visa/Pre-Departure Support by guiding students through travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, and orientation.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with universities, colleges and other educational institutions; and/or with customers, parents (if any) Represent partner universities in education fairs, study abroad events, and high school visits.
Collaborate with internal and university teams to identify market trends and recruitment opportunities.
Provide reports on performance and business outcomes on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as requested by the Director.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of education counselling experience for diverse markets of Australia or Asia with a full-cycle counselling process.
Or minimum 2 years of prior experience in business development or student recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus).
Highly independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
Willingness to travel (both domestic and international business trips) when required by business needs.
