Tìm kiếm và kết nối với ứng viên chất lượng. Tư vấn và đồng hành cùng khách hàng trong quá trình tuyển dụng. Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng từ sourcing đến placement. Xây dựng mạng lưới khách hàng và ứng viên trong lĩnh vực mình phụ trách. Phối hợp với các đồng nghiệp trong khu vực Đông Nam Á cho các dự án tuyển dụng. Responsibilities:Source and engage top talent across various industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Develop your own market specialization. Collaborate with regional teams on cross-border recruitment projects.

Requirements:✔ Experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, HR or B2B Sales is an advantage. ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. ✔ Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven. ✔ Passionate about consulting and recruitment. ✔ Good command of English is a plus.
