Chuyên viên nghiên cứu chất liệu (R&D mẫu)

Mô tả công việc: Nghiên cứu & đánh giá vật liệu  Tìm hiểu, phân tích và đánh giá các loại chất liệu có tiềm năng ứng dụng trong thiết kế và sản xuất trang sức.  Tập trung vào cả vật liệu truyền thống (kim loại quý, đá quý...) và vật liệu mới (tái chế, sinh học, hợp kim…). Cập nhật xu hướng chất liệu & công nghệ  Theo dõi các xu hướng mới nhất về vật liệu, công nghệ xử lý và ứng dụng trong ngành trang sức tại Việt Nam và thế giới.  Đề xuất ứng dụng các xu hướng phù hợp vào sản phẩm thực tế. Phối hợp nghiên cứu & thử nghiệm  Làm việc cùng chuyên gia R&D và bộ phận kỹ thuật để thử nghiệm các phương pháp gia công, xử lý và hoàn thiện chất liệu.  Đảm bảo chất liệu đáp ứng

yêu cầu:thẩm mỹ, chất lượng và sản xuất. Đề xuất ý tưởng chất liệu trong thiết kế  Hợp tác với Phòng Thiết kế để tư vấn chất liệu phù hợp với từng concept sản phẩm.  Góp phần tạo nên những mẫu trang sức độc đáo, giàu tính sáng tạo. Tài liệu hóa và chuyển giao kiến thức  Soạn thảo các báo cáo nghiên cứu, tài liệu kỹ thuật và hướng dẫn sử dụng vật liệu.  Tham gia đào tạo, chia sẻ kiến thức chất liệu cho các bộ phận liên quan.

Yêu cầu:chung:

Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành: Công nghệ vật liệu, Hóa học, Kỹ thuật kim loại, Thiết kế công nghiệp, hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực R&D vật liệu, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với kim loại quý, đá quý, hoặc vật liệu ứng dụng trong trang sức.

Có tư duy phân tích tốt, cẩn thận và logic.

Khả năng làm việc nhóm hiệu quả, phối hợp đa phòng ban.

Có cảm nhận thẩm mỹ tốt, yêu thích sáng tạo và khám phá.

Biết sử dụng phần mềm thiết kế/kỹ thuật là một lợi thế (CAD, Rhino, Matrix…).

Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Excel, PowerPoint…).
