Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, làm việc với cơ quan chức năng để hoàn tất thủ tục hải quan.

Theo dõi quá trình vận chuyển, đảm bảo giao nhận đúng tiến độ.

Đảm bảo chứng từ đầy đủ, đúng quy định pháp lý, thuế và hải quan. 3. Thu mua hàng hóa, nguyên vật liệu và quản lý kho bãi:

Tiếp nhận nhu cầu mua sắm từ các bộ phận, thực hiện đặt hàng và theo dõi chất lượng, tiến độ giao hàng.

Phối hợp thuê kho, theo dõi tình trạng lưu kho và điều kiện bảo quản hàng hóa nhập khẩu.

Tìm kiếm, đánh giá nhà cung cấp kho bãi, tối ưu chi phí thuê kho và lưu trữ.

Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình thu mua, nâng cao hiệu quả và tiết giảm chi phí.

Phối hợp các phòng ban triển khai chiến lược thu mua phù hợp định hướng công ty. 4. Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh:

Giải quyết sự cố liên quan đến mua hàng, vận chuyển hoặc thủ tục hải quan.

Đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến để giảm thiểu rủi ro và chi phí phát sinh.
