Chuyên Viên Marketing Và Communications (Senior) Full-time

Manage and optimize digital marketing touchpoints across the customer journey, including email marketing, website content, social media channels and other digital communication platforms.

Update and maintain the company website, social media channels, intranet, and other digital assets to ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the brand.

Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and other stakeholders.

Conduct market and competitor research to develop marketing materials and digital content that support business growth and client engagement.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across paid, owned and earned media channels.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and communication materials.

Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Perform other marketing and communication tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or e-commerce.

Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content management, and basic SEO/SEM concepts.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Good analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with marketing tools (e.g.

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, Mailchimp, Canva or CMS) is an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
