Responsibilities:The Marketing Executive shall support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Company’s marketing, branding, communications, and business development initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support overall business growth. Key
responsibilities:include : Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing, branding, content, digital, and event strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives. Ensure consistent application of the Company’s brand identity and messaging across all communication channels, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints. Plan, coordinate, and execute branding campaigns, marketing programs, and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, market presence, and lead generation. Develop, coordinate, and maintain the content marketing plan and publishing calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality bilingual content (Vietnamese and English), including website articles, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, e-books, brochures, presentations, thought leadership materials, and other marketing collateral. Work closely with the Business Development team, professional practice teams, external agencies, designers, and other stakeholders to produce and disseminate relevant and engaging content that supports commercial objectives. Manage and monitor the Company’s digital presence, including corporate websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, online newsletters, and other digital communication channels. Support search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, website enhancements, and user experience improvements. Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of marketing activities and campaigns using relevant analytics tools, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on key findings and insights. Collect and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing the Company’s services, marketing effectiveness, and brand positioning. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and service providers in the development and execution of marketing programs, communication initiatives, and promotional activities. Assist in planning, organizing, promoting, and executing corporate events, conferences, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, networking sessions, and other stakeholder engagement activities, including managing event logistics, invitations, promotional materials, suppliers, and on-site coordination. Conduct post-campaign and post-event evaluations, document key learnings, and recommend initiatives to improve future marketing performance and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role ((experience in consulting, legal, or professional services is an advantage).
Good knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and/ or performance marketing ; experience working with SEO or digital agencies is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
Fluent in English with IELTS 7.0 or above (or equivalent proficiency).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
