Client Prospecting & Acquisition (40%): Proactively source and approach businesses with logistics and import-export needs across multiple channels.
Provide consultative logistics solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Order Progress Management (30%): Monitor and coordinate closely with the Operations department to ensure goods are delivered safely and on schedule.
Promptly resolve any arising issues to deliver an exceptional, frictionless experience for our partners.
CRM Data Management (20%): Strictly adhere to data entry protocols, accurately logging client information and tracking sales pipelines on the company's Odoo CRM system to ensure transparency and optimize workflows.
System & AI Optimization (10%): Participate in operating and improving workflows on the ERP system.
Proactively research and apply AI tools in daily tasks to accelerate processing speeds, generate outreach scripts, and automate sales reports.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.

Professional Knowledge & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese or English is a major advantage.
An existing, established network of contacts in essential commodity industries.
