1/ Support for Strategic Sales:
Support field sales in daily basic activities to contribute to the team achievement
Check Rate for rate request, tenders, and projects when sales are not in the office.
Prepare and send the quotation to customers/sales.
Send SOP/quotation to Customer Service (CS) departments for handling won shipments
Follow up with customers/sales/CS if any arising troubles/issues during the process.
Train Sales newcomers for systems and procedures.
Prepare contract and get signed from all related departments. 2/ Sales Performance Management:
Prepare weekly/ monthly sales report of both sales system and actual performance to Sales Manager.
Control customer satisfaction for Strategic Sales Team.
Coordinate with related department sales when having new projects/tender/trade-lane development.
Ad-hoc report/task requested from Strategic Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
Experience working for a logistics or freight forwarding company is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Power BI is a plus
Solid understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding field
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
Possess commercial awareness and good business sense
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
