Chuyên Viên Điều Phối Bán Hàng - Sales Operations Executive

Full order processing from receipt of customer order to invoicing Monitor and work with intercompanies to pull in or push out to ensure optimum stock level in local warehouse, check customer’s forecast and delivery

requirements:Manage closely 3PLs on importation, stock management and delivery arrangement to customers Prepare and provide full set of required documents to customers Sample coordination and arrangement to customers Handle customers’ complaint and coordinate returns, credit, replacement, etc. Assist to follow up with customers on payment on overdue invoice and sales support Provide administrative support (such as report preparation) and any other duties as assigned Follow company procedures and policies Coordinator the product registration application and document preparation Others as assigned from time to time.

Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics management, food engineering Minimum 3 year experience in food ingredient sales, sales support, customer service, supply chain or logistics Experience in handling import of corn sweetener products, flavor or food ingredients is an advantage Possess good knowledge of Incoterm and shipping documents Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
