1. Learning & Development Management (40%) Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department managers. Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with company business objectives. Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs. Develop training materials and learning content for internal training programs. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external training providers to deliver effective training sessions. Manage training logistics including scheduling, training venues, communication with participants, and preparation of training materials. 2. Training Administration & Reporting (25%) Maintain and update training records and training database. Track employee participation and training completion status. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning assessments. Prepare periodic training reports and provide recommendations for improvement. 3. Learning Systems & Development Programs (15%) Develop and implement the company’s E-learning system. Research new learning met hods and training tools to improve learning effectiveness. Participate in the development of learning frameworks, competency development programs, and leadership development initiatives. 4. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement (15%) Support internal communication related to HR initiatives and employee development programs. Coordinate internal company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate campaigns. 5. Other

A. Basic
requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources and related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training,... field for company size at more than 200 employees.
Good at English.
Good at Teamwork, can work under pressure. B. Competency

Good at Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Good at Computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good at Managing multiple projects simultaneous - Good at using Tools for example design, video editing, subtitle adding,.. is a plus 3. Knowledge:
Good understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
Experience of using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies - A proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs in a large organization is a plus.
