Handle daily bookkeeping, accounting entries, vouchers and supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices and expense records.
Complete monthly closing and prepare financial and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and investigate outstanding or unusual transactions.
Prepare or coordinate Vietnamese tax declarations, statutory reports and annual financial statements.
Support statutory audits and communicate with external accountants, auditors and relevant authorities when required.
Review contracts, invoices and payment documents from an accounting, tax and compliance perspective before payment.
Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and ensure documents are properly archived.
Prepare financial information and reports for the headquarters in China.
Cooperate with the Treasury and FX Specialist on payments, cash flow and foreign-currency transactions.
Perform other reasonable finance-related duties assigned by the company.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least two years of relevant accounting experience in Vietnam.
Fluent Chinese for daily communication, reporting and document review.
Basic English reading ability is sufficient; strong spoken English is not required.
Familiar with Vietnamese accounting standards, taxation, electronic invoices and statutory reporting.
Experience in a travel agency, aviation, cross-border business or multinational company is an advantage.
