Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineer or equivalent technical supervisory role in commercial and office building, shopping center, hotel and school system.
Proficient in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
Under 40 years old.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
