Chief Accountant (Part-Time)

Position Overview We are looking for a highly competent Chief Accountant with strong professional expertise and the ability to independently manage and perform all accounting functions of the company. Key

Responsibilities:Organize and manage all accounting and financial activities of the company. Record and control accounting transactions in compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain accounting books, supporting documents, and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as management reports required by the Ownership. Handle tax declarations, tax finalization, and ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, and other applicable taxes. Manage payroll processing, personal income tax, social insurance, and employee

benefits:administration. Liaise directly with tax authorities, social insurance agencies, banks, independent auditors, and other relevant authorities. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking transactions. Advise management on accounting, financial, and tax-related matters. Develop, review, and improve internal accounting procedures and controls. Take responsibility for implementing, setting up, and operating the MISA AMIS / MISA Online accounting system, including: Setting up the chart of accounts. Creating master data for customers, suppliers, employees, fixed assets, and other system data. Establishing accounting workflows and internal controls within the system. Verifying the accuracy of accounting data and reports generated from the software. Providing user guidance and support when required.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field. Valid Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with Vietnamese regulations. At least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent position. Hands-on experience in performing full-cycle accounting work, not limited to management and supervision. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, and related regulations. Experience in preparing financial statements and working directly with independent auditors. Experience in payroll processing, social insurance administration, and personal income tax compliance. Mandatory experience in implementing, setting up, and operating MISA AMIS / MISA Online. Ability to independently establish and manage an accounting system in MISA and troubleshoot operational issues. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high level of accountability. English communication skills for business purposes are an advantage.
