Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a Chief Accountant role. Strong knowledge of HR/Admin functions in a Japanese-invested company (FDI) is a strong advantage.
