Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related majors.

7–11+ years of progressive accounting management experience in FMCG or retail field.

Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing operational execution with strategic thinking.
