Career Counselor

Career Guidance & Student Counseling Conduct individual and group career guidance sessions.

Help students identify their interests, strengths, values, and career goals.

Support students in developing personalized education and career plans.

Guide students in subject selection aligned with their future aspirations.

Maintain accurate and confidential counseling records.

Career Education & Program Development Deliver career guidance and orientation classes for students in grades 6-12.

Introduce students to diverse career pathways, labor market trends, and emerging industries.

Equip students with essential career readiness skills, including CV writing, interview techniques, communication, and professional etiquette.

Organize Career Week, career talks, industry visits, and guest speaker sessions.

Parent & School Collaboration Partner with parents to support students' career planning and decision-making.

Work closely with teachers and school leaders to integrate career education into the student experience.

Provide updates and recommendations regarding students' career development.

External Partnerships Coordinate and support students in VCare community service activities and charity projects.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, employers, industry professionals, and community organizations.

Coordinate career-related events, workplace visits, internships, and networking opportunities for students.

5.

Administration: Maintain student career development records and program documentation.

Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports as required.

Ensure compliance with school policies and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in career guidance, counseling, education, student services, or related areas. Freshers are accepted with a strong portfolio. Experience working in an international or bilingual school is an advantage.
