Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Experience / industry (must-have):

3+ years in BI, analytics engineering, dashboard development or commercial analytics.

Strong SQL and a BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase).

Designs dashboards for decision-making, not just reporting; strong metric-definition discipline.
