At UpBase , the Business Development Manager is more than just a sales role. This position is responsible for driving business growth, expanding markets, and building strategic partnerships that contribute to the development of the company's key business lines. As UpBase enters its next growth phase, we are expanding our ecosystem and hiring Business Development Managers for one of our strategic business lines: Ecommerce Solutions Fulfillment Solutions UpS (OMS/WMS/SaaS) Each role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a strong customer ecosystem for a dedicated business line, while partnering closely with the leadership team to accelerate UpBase's next stage of growth. Responsibilities:Drive Commercial Growth Own the growth strategy and revenue performance of the assigned business line by expanding market presence and developing new business opportunities. Build and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients while cultivating long-term partnerships within the ecosystem. Lead the entire sales cycle using a Solution Selling approach, from identifying customer needs to closing high-value enterprise deals. Architect Business Solutions Consult with clients and design commercial solutions that address their growth and operational challenges. Develop business cases, commercial models, and proposals based on measurable ROI and business value. Own Business Performance Take full ownership of revenue targets, sales pipeline, and overall business performance. Continuously optimize go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and identify new growth opportunities.

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, including at least 1–2 years of team management experience.
Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: B2B, SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, Ecommerce Enablers, Logistics, Fulfillment, ERP, OMS, WMS, or operational technology platforms.
Strong consultative solution-selling skills, particularly with enterprise clients.
Ability to understand customers' business models and translate them into mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
Experience designing or optimizing B2B sales processes, including pipeline management, CRM, forecasting, proposal development, pricing, and negotiation.
Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to translate market feedback into meaningful product roadmaps.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take on ambitious goals and execute effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when engaging with founders, C-level executives, Heads of Operations, Heads of Ecommerce, and Supply Chain Managers.
