Partner Development: Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with end-users and technology providers in Vietnam for Manufacturing Solutions.

Support the commercialization and market expansion of solutions through local partners.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.

Deliver new partnership targets and maximize revenue/value from partner networks.

Partner Relationship Management: Act as the contact point for assigned partners and key accounts.

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.

Monitor partnership performance and ensure commitments are delivered as agreed.

Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals: Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors in the manufacturing sectors in Vietnam.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness and business growth.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as the Product Team, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.

Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and project status for management review.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.

Possess an established network of factories and manufacturing enterprises (for Smart Factory) or financial institutions, Fintech, and E-wallet providers.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.

Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English) is preferred.
